At the time of your order we will use the e-mail address that you supplied us with on the order form to send you the tracking information that you can use to track your shipment right from your own computer.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase from us, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange. Returns must take place 30 days from the shipping date.
The following items are returnable only if defective OR unopened/unused: strings, reeds, software/soundware, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, fog fluid, clothing/footwear, body jewelry, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, videos, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths. Software/soundware, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product.
Mouthpieces may not be returned.
Musician’s SuperStore only accepts returns made within the first 30 days from date of shipment.
Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 30-day guarantee period. Please follow the return instructions included with your shipment. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the outside of the shipping box, items received without return authorization numbers may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Please contact us to receive your return authorization number. Items must be shipped prepaid in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner’s manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Should you decide to return your purchase, please follow the return steps shown below and pack your return carefully to prevent damage in shipment. All returns must:
Include a return authorization number-please contact us to receive your return authorization number; Include a copy of your purchase receipt. Be within the 30 day return period, Be in the original packaging box complete with all related accessories such as cases, straps, cables, care kits, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, manuals, and any other materials that originally shipped with the instrument. Be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials.
** Stringed instruments priced at $1499.00 or more, must be returned within 10 days of shipment.
Return items not meeting these requirements may be refused or a restocking fee of up to 20% may be assessed.

What if I decide to cancel my order before the product arrives?
You should accept the product, (do not open the box) and contact us after you have received it for a return authorization number. Your credit card will be credited once the merchandise is received by us and the terms and conditions of our return policy have been met.
This means that the item is temporarily out of stock. If this should happen we will contact you and give you the estimated time of arrival. You will then have the option of leaving the item on order or canceling your order. If you decide to cancel your order your credit card will be credited the same day.

You should keep all packing materials including the box the item shipped in and contact the shipper (FEDEX ground, UPS, etc.) as soon as possible (with 5 days) since the shipper is required to investigate any damage claims.
Your product will be shipped within one business day of our receiving your order. Depending upon where you have the product shipped you can expect to receive your product within four to six working days.

Please pack your item in the original box that you received it in with all paperwork, warranty cards, etc.. Please use the original packing material as well to secure the item. If you do not have the original box or packing material, please use you what you have and pack your return as securely as possible.

Please contact the manufacturer of the product during the warranty period because your product warranty is with them and they will instruct you on what to do. If you need the manufacturer’s contact info please check your warranty card, check online or contact us. There may also be an authorized warranty center in your area.
