MNC's are faced with global economic issues for marketing coupled with political instability often found in locals of cheap labor.
NGO's can easily unite across borders and cultures for similar goals. Together they can solicit a broader office than on their own or within their specific country.
International systems. 'per se', are obsolete other than as economic issues affect buyers and suppliers. China has seen a resurgence in their manufacturing output which indicates their domestic market is starting to have an affect. That will reduce the influence of American and European, economy driven markets because the domestic market contributes to the country's economy and creates a potential for improved standards of living for the workers as they become purchasers.
