How much does it cost to have an aluminum part anodized?
This all depends on how big and how tricky the part will be to anodize. When I took my valve cover in to get anodize they charged me $80.00. The job was simple because it was an already smooth surface that just needed to be cleaned up a little by the polisher. The best way to see how much a part will cost is to take it in to get it looked at. I suggest that you go to more than one place so you do not get ripped off. If the first place quotes you $100...and the second place quotes you $120.00. Just tell them that the place up the road quoted you $100.00 and I'm sure they will cut you a better deal.
