brand new guitar goes off tune after play for a while?

it's a classic (nylon string) acoustic guitar
i also bought korg guitar tuner

i tune it, and then play for a while but then when i match it with the tuner it's off key esp. the D string. this happens again and again so after i play 1-2 songs i have to tune it.
where's the problem: the guitar or the tuner?
i'm a beginner, btw. and i bought it today 06/16
its because the strings are brand new and its probably never been played much before. After you play it for a while the strings should stretch. When you restring it, give the strings a stretch and it'll keep it in tune better.
