Anybody knows how to switch on stereo in Euro truck simulator pls?

You cant. It has been deactivated. You can put music into the music folder in My Documents/Euro Truck Simulator/ Music, but only .ogg music files. You should probably use Windows Media player and then play the game whilst listening to music.
