Producing price of guitar pedals in a manufacturing factory?
For example, I design my own guitar pedal than I want to produce a couple hundred to sell. Anyway I can find out some factories will produce products for others?

couple of hundred seems a bit small. Although it depends how the thing is made. Is it electronic? Can you get a custom made case or are you designing that as well? It's not going to be cheap. You will have to pay for the tooling as well as labour. You may get away with part tooling costs if the manufacturer is doing the production as well.
