Restoring a Dell Dimension e310 to original factory settings?
I have a Dell Dimension e310 thats acting weird so I saved all my important stuff and now I want to restore it to factory specs. I received the cd's from Dell and now I just dont know what to do.
Look for the disk that says operating system, or windows xp, and put it in the cd-rom.
Then restart your computer.. Watch the screen and when it says boot from CD, press any key..start pressing a button..
Follow the install prompts from there.
