what color shirt should i wear with a polka dot skirt?
I have a flowy black&white polka-dot skirt that comes just above my knees. I'm pairing it with my favorite pair of black heels, but I'm not exactly sure what color and style of shirt I should wear with it. It needs to look classy and sophisticated, but I'm wearing it to a wedding so I don't want it to be too eye catching. Any suggestions??
Since it's black, you can pretty much wear anything except white or bright colors (since you don't want to stand out). I might stay away from a black shirt too, cause you don't want people to think you mistook it for a funeral 
If it's mostly black, i'd wear a dark color. If it's mostly white, i'd wear a pastel color.
