Here are some recent sales from eBay. The 88 Strats that sold ran from $646 and up. There were a total of 4 that sold for less than $900. There were 4 that sold from $1000 to $1549. Hard to draw any solid conclusions from that with a range of $646 to $1549.

None had a Floyd Rose. A couple had the 2 point tremolo with a roller nut. If your Floyd Rose is stock, I don't see it affecting the price. If the Floyd Rose was a modification, that will drop the price from a stock Strat. Most mods do drop the price on vintage Strats.
