Just by looking at this, i can tell u u have too many cards. Keep to the minumum, so its easier to draw the cards you need. Take out the e-heros unless ur making an E-Hero deck. (That means polymerizations, fusion cards, etc.) Your spark blaster is pretty much useless, too cuz u only have one sparkman and only one blaster. You also have too many tribute monsters. Add more 1800-1900s and keep only 6 star tribute monsters or less. Like Summoned skull, luster dragon 2, jinzo, etc. Also take out monster reborn, ur only allowed one. At tournaments, take out pot of greed, dark hole, change of heart, and reborn. Take out hero signal, no good cuz u only got 3 heroes. Time wizard is weak in many ways. You have 50% chance of getting urself killed or killing ur opponent. No rituals, either. They're too hard to get, unless u have a way of bringing them out. And take out Andro Sphinx. Dont u need like a pyramid of light? IMPORTANT: NO DESPELL OR REMOVE TRAP. THEY STINK. No Maha Vailo, u have only one equip spell. And with a deck that size, pfft the chances of u getting them both in ur hand are 1 to eight billion. Add a mirror force, ring of destruction, raigeki, harpies feather duster. (Raigeki and harpies are not legal in tourneys)
Overall, you'd get a 3/10 from me. Basically, take out some cards, and weak cards. Build diff startegies and always plan out a way to win. When you improve this stuff, show it to me again.
