How to switch from "clean" to "distortion" easily?
I have a Gibson Les Paul Studio guitar, and a Line 6 Spider IV 15 amp....This amp has the distortion models built in, such as "clean" "crunch" "metal" and "insane" but for some songs I need to be able to quickly change from distortion to clean... would this footswitch be ok:

that should be fine, and you don't need anything, you just plug that up to your foot switch/channel effects input and it should work
i have something very similar to that except it has the effects switch and it's a randall
i've played on my friends line 6 amp and it had a input for a switch
