Can anyone use White House Custom Color WHCC to order pictures?
This is the company that my wedding photographer used for my wedding prints and I'm impressed with them and want to use them myself or do I have to be a professional photographer to order from them?
WHCC is a pro lab that caters to the professional studios. You must create an account and they will even request test prints from you. You probably COULD get an account set up even if you are not a professional, but if your quantity and quality of print requests and file submissions said "amateur", you would soon be found out. In most cases, a tax ID number will be required for account set up and billing purposes.
May I suggest you try using Mpix. This is a division of Millers Lab, which is the oldest in the country and a top level pro lab. Mpix gives 100% professional quality prints and service, but also works with those who are not in the business side of things. Take my word for it, you will NOT be disappointed with Mpix.
