How much is it to rewire a guitar if you only have the pickguard pickups, and thats it.?
I need to pay for the switch thing and the whole wiring system, and the tone and volume controls.
My Luthier just charged me US$110 for replacing a pickup on my bass (about the same amount of work as you describe). That included the cost of the pickup, so the labor was around $50.
I would imagine it wouldn't cost too much more than that. Control potentiometers are much cheaper than pickups -- less than $5. Switches are a little more expensive, but still cheaper than pickups.
