I'm very insecure about my ears. People call them donkey ears, which creates bad names for me.?
If you have giant ears too, how do you deal with them? I like to try to wear my ear mufflers to school even during the summer, but I'm not sure if thats appropriate. My mom calls them dumbo ears. 
I was once called a dumbo by this girl.. But she was the only one ever. So I realized it is just a lie and my ears aren't as big as she made me think they were.
So don't believe anything that people call you..
To your question, since you are a girl the easiest and most natural thing to do would be to grow your hair (you're a girl after all) so it is long enough to cover your ears.. I rarely see my sisters' ears.
Well that means you need to keep it down, and avoid things like wearing these ear mufflers because then people realize it even more and use it as a weak point of yours..
