Humbucker Black Red

What Do i do about a Jackson Rhoads guitar fret buzzing?
i cant remember what one it was but its black with a red outline, 24 frets, a floyd rose tremelo, 2 jackson humbucker ceramic pickups i think, and shark fin inlays. on the e and g strings all the frets buzz and on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd frets of all the strings buzz. i got it about a week ago for christmas and i love it but the buzzing its bad... i think it has 9 gauge strings. so what do i do?
Could be:
1. The action is a little too low. The buzzing on the first 3 frets could be the result of the nut being cut a little too low and the strings not being suficiently high to clear the first 3 frets fully when playing notes there. Raising the bridge saddles a fraction may cure this. Don't do it too much, a little at a time until the buzzing stops.
2. The truss rod may need adjusting. This is the metal bar that runs through the middle of the neck to couter the tension of the strings and keep it straight. Hold the body of the guitar and sight down the length of the neck so that you can see the relief. If the truss rod is a little loose then the neck will be a bit convex (bending backwards) and this can cause buzzing issues. Tightening the truss-rod will pull the neck straight again and this may solve the problem.
Only try this is you are confident at adjusting the truss rod - you may wish to take it to a local guitar shop and see if they can have a look at it.
I think you will probably sort this out by raising the action a bit as mentioned. The height of the strings should be similar to that of the curve of the fretboard, but a little lower on the treble side as the strings are thinner.
Jacksons have a very flat fretboard radius, something like 14" so you should be able to achieve nice low action without buzz with only minor adjustments. After any changes to the action or truss rod check your tuning and intonation as this can be affected.
