Is a squire bullet electric guitar good?
The squire bullet is cheap in price (about $99) but is it good in quality. Also will i have to buy a separate amp with this guitar?
There's a line of advice many people say when it comes to buying products. And it ususally works with guitars too. In general, you get what you pay for.
The squire bullet is probably one of the worst guitars in the world. They have horrible tone wood, crappy electronics and pickups, shoddy quality, and tuners that don't hold their tuning for crap.
If you really want to start guitar bad and you can't afford anything else than I would say to try buying a used guitar first. They will give you a better guitar to start on.
And yes you will need to buy an amp to play the guitar. If you don't you will sound like an acoustic with it's sound hole plugged up. (very inaudible).
But remember to buy a good amp. A good guitar will sound like shit through a crappy amp. However, a bad guitar can sound good through a good amp.
