New Guitar, New Amp, or New Pickups?

On Christmas, I got a Fender Starcaster beginner pack. It has satisfied me alot, but I'm looking for a new tone.

My current amp is the Fender SP-10 My choice of the amp is the Line 6 Spider IV 15 W Amp

My current Guitar, the Fender Starcaster, My choice the Fender Classic Series Stratocaster (70's)

My current pickups, the Starcaster's default pickups, My choice of pickups would be the EMG SV set or if I'm lucky... the EMG SAV set.

For all you Guitar Junkies out there, help me choose.

New amp
In my experience, the beginner pack amps are terrible. A new amp would improve your tone a lot, as your tone is 70% amp, 30% guitar (around about lol)
However, Line 6 Spiders are awful and have a really crap tone and I would go for a different amp. I wouldn't recommend them.
There are much better options, such as a Peavey Vypyr (a modeling amp like the Spider, but 100 times better)
I don't think it worth upgrading the pick up yet either, if you have some spare money maybe
If you have a genuine Fender Strat (Not a Squire), then the Classic Series isn't really a step up and won't give you a better tone
