Which of these 2 strings would you suggest I get.
which one has more touch/feel?
which one is more durable (@17g) ?
which one provides more power?
which one provides more spin?
which one is more tensionly stable?

Which of these 2 strings would you suggest I get. - Strings are always a personal choice so the best string is the one that you choose. To give an answer - I would try thr Tecnifiber.
which one has more touch/feel? Dunlop Black Widow has an awesome feel
which one is more durable (@17g) ? Dunlop probably as the Tecnifiber can be a little temperamental
which one provides more power? Tecnifiber - but remember string pressure is the biggest factor
which one provides more spin? Dunlop - & it seems to give a better touch
which one is more tensionly stable? Dunlop
any other opinions? However, my personal preference is Luxilon ALU power rough. It bites, has power & is as durable as almost any other string on the market.
