I recently hurt my wrist almost 5 days ago and now i compare both my wrists and the one i hit looks like the bone comes out a little more than my other wrist. Its been all bruised but now its green and a little yellow and i have a lot of aches and pains with pins and needles. Sounds like it is swollen, most people know if it's broken, but then you get the occasional one with a very high pain threshold and just learn to deal with it
unfortunately, broken bones need medical attention or they wont heal correctly
A doctor may be able to tell you what you can do to help it heal better, and maybe give you some pain killers, for the time being you should take some anti inflammatory drugs, like aspirin or ibuprofen, panadol will help, but it is not suited for this sort of injury, as it will not reduce the swelling
If it is bad enough, you could look for something with codeine in it
The pins and needles are a worry, but it could be a result of the swelling, if aspirin or ibuprofen doesn't help, then i would defiantly see a doctor
